Like i said, i am first officer of the shadowy Balrogs on Midnight. The crew was founded in the year 2004 on may 20 and this is our statement:

We're Shadowy Balrogs and we sail on the water we pillage, we loot, maybe more than we ought-er So as we tell any silly old sodder, Better watch for your wallet, your ship, and your daughter!
We have many ships with a great many uses they've all seen much booty, and many abuses we've probably repaired every board and each truss til they're patchworked and salty, hey that sounds like us!
So ye can join our crew if you enjoy stabbin', and take your share of the loot that we're grabbin', there's times we're hard-workin', and times that we're gabbin' but remember, the best booty is on the bed in my cabin!

and then for those that like to get your own cloths see the stunning stall of mankette's on turtle or shop at Cnossos the grand Counted Cross Styx's

We have a few rules with this crew: * Please team during swordfights and watch your teams. If you don't know how, please ask an officer. * We work until the work is done, then you can have fun.
Also, if you have a problem with the Any of my SO's, come to me. If you have a problem with me come to me. If you dont' feel comfortable doing that, please speak with Winry or another Senior Officer. I can't fix problems if I don't know they exist.
